Return and exchange requests can be received within 8 days from the date of receiving the order, and all you need to do is contact us by sending an email to:

Underwear is not exchanged or returned.
Pajamas are not exchanged or returned.
There is no exchange or return for international shipments.
Perfumes can be exchanged and returned if they are in their original condition upon receipt (including the original perfume seal).
Your request will be processed within 1 to 10 working days.
Terms and conditions for return/exchange:
- The product exchange or return request must be made within 8 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The product must be in good condition, unused, and unwashed.
- The product must be with the original Desar box sent to you.
- The product to be exchanged must not be part of a promotional offer unless it has a manufacturing defect.
We will send a representative to collect the product to be exchanged or returned. Once the product reaches our warehouses and after verifying the received items, the replacement order will be sent to you. In case of a return, the refund will be sent to the customer or added as store credit.
Cost of shipping for exchange and return:
- For returns due to customer preference, the customer bears the shipping cost of the order and the return shipping cost, and only the product value is refunded unless the error is on the part of the store management.
- For exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new replacement order unless the error is on the part of the store management.
